Commission Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of Commissions due to their personalised nature. However, if your Commission is lost in the post or arrives damaged, please email us at email@example.com and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.
Sale Items and Gift Card Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or Gift Cards.
Refund Policy (applies to all goods apart from Commissions, Sale Items and Gift Cards)
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if you are not, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your goods to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as you received them and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please state the reason for the return and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service as the goods were sent to you. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit minus the original shipping cost as required within 14 days of receipt of the goods by us. Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances: -
In the event that the goods have been used.
The goods must have all original packaging and be in a saleable condition. Prints must therefore be returned with their cellophane wrapping intact or no refund will be issued.
Any damage incurred during return shipping is not the responsibility of Fiona Dillon Art.
The returned goods are not received by Fiona Dillon Art within 7 days of delivery. Exceptions to this are Easter weekend where the returns period is extended to 10 days if spanning the Easter weekend and Christmas where the returns period is extended and goods may be returned up until January 10th.

Damages and issues
All goods are carefully packed and wrapped. Please inspect your goods upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide details of any damage and a photograph.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Commissions, Sale Items, Gift Cards and custom products (such as special orders or personalised goods).
