Important Information

  • Gift Cards can be used against any purchase of products from Fiona Dillon Art including Commissions

  • Gift Cards expire 12 months from issue date

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Gift Cards are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given. Payment for the gift card will be charged on purchase not on the date of issue and are valid for 12 months from issue.  The gift card recipient receives an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from (with the relevant name)". Their unique gift card code appears in the email. The gift card can be redeemed at the final stage of checkout by entering their unique gift card code.  If the recipient does not have an online account with our site, the recipient will need to create an account using the email the gift card was delivered to, this is done  during the checkout process. If the items purchased exceed the value of the gift card amount the remaining value must be paid by card or PayPal in order to complete the purchase. Items bought using gift cards can be returned or exchanged subject to our  terms and conditions but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift card amount will be refunded and a new gift card code will be issued.
