Fiona Dillon Art (“site”) is owned and operated by Fiona Dillon, trading as Fiona Dillon Art.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By accessing and/or purchasing from www.fionadillonart.com or www.facebook.com/fionadillonart or any social media site linked to this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you are not willing to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not purchase products on this site.

1. Intellectual Property and Copyright
1.1 All artwork/designs/content (Artwork) remains copyright to Fiona Dillon Art and must not be used without written permission. Fiona Dillon Art – All rights reserved. You may not (without written confirmation from Fiona Dillon Art) at any time carry out any of the following:
(a) Use / share / alter / adapt / recreate / sell a design or proof sent to you for confirmation
(b) Duplicate / Alter any of the information / content as presented on the “site” or social media platforms connected to this “site”
(c) Produce copies of any work / content for redistribution / sale to others
1.2 You may not at any time share / advertise any content / works created by Fiona Dillon Art in any way that is deemed inappropriate / illegal / immoral and /or damaging to Fiona Dillon Art or Fiona Dillon as an individual.
1.3 Fiona Dillon Art retains the Copyright of ALL Artworks produced and these may be reproduced by Fiona Dillon Art for advertising purposes.
1.4 Any photographs you wish Fiona Dillon Art to work from must have permission from the photographer, either professional or Amateur, before commencement of the Artwork. Should you choose any of Fiona Dillon Art's own photographs, the Copyright of the original photograph and Artwork remains with Fiona Dillon Art and must not be reproduced for your own monetary gains, however Fiona Dillon Art may choose to reproduce the Artwork as prints for sale.
1.5 All Artworks produced by Fiona Dillon Art cannot be reproduced in any way without express permission from the Fiona Dillon Art. Prints of the Artwork can be purchased from Fiona Dillon Art if required.
1.6 All items under this paragraph 1 shall survive termination of the Contract.
2. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
2.1 We have made every effort to display the images of the Products accurately on our Site, but please note that the colour on each screen / monitor will vary, this must be taken into consideration.
2.2 If for any reason you are unhappy with any stock item e.g., no commissioned items, the purchaser has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of the goods being received.
2.3 Fiona Dillon Art must be informed via email or post the decision to cancel, and items must be returned within 14 days in their original condition at the purchaser’s expense. Return postage will be covered if the items are found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
2.4 A full refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the items if the items received are in perfect condition. The purchaser is responsible for any items that have been damaged in transit.
2.5 A refund will only be issued to the same purchaser and the same payment method that was originally used.
2.6 Due to the nature of commissioned items, we cannot accept returns for these items.
2.7 It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all commissioned items details are correct. If a commissioned item is needed to be recreated, the purchaser will be required to pay the full price again.
3. Products and Offers
3.1 Fiona Dillon Art reserves the right to change, modify or remove items without prior notice.
3.2 All offers and promotions are made subject to availability. Quotes for commissioned items are valid for two weeks.
3.3 Fiona Dillon Art reserves the right to alter the prices of an item. Any order placed prior to the alteration will not be affected.
3.4 Full payment of all items is required before delivery. Payment for commissioned items must also be upfront. A 50% payment will be required upfront for commissioned items e.g. pet portraits. The balance will be required prior to posting of the finished commissioned item.
4.1 UK orders of Limited edition prints, and small original artwork will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For. Royal Mail aims to deliver first class post within two working days, but sometimes it may take longer especially during the busier times of the year. Please allow up to ten working days for your items to arrive before contacting us.
4.2 Large original artwork will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm.
4.3 All worldwide purchases under £10 will be sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Purchases over £10 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked or Tracked and Signed depending on the country dispatched to. Royal Mail International post usually takes up to ten working days but may take longer due to customs or during the busier times of the year. Please allow twenty-five working days after the initial ten working days before contacting us.
4.4 Any additional duty, import taxes or re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
4.5 If an item is not delivered, where possible, an exact replacement will be dispatched. Please be aware that this may lead to a longer waiting time as items are recreated or reprinted. A refund will be given if the item is no longer available, or a replacement is not suitable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
